Session Clerk: After 17 years, Andrew McFarlane has stepped down as Session Clerk. The Kirk Session and Congregation are indebted to Andrew for all the work he has done in this role over the years. While Andrew has now retired to the back benches as it were, we look forward to his continued service as an Elder.

Our new Session Clerk is Archie Gardner, with Eleanor Woodburn being appointed as Assistant Session Clerk. The Congregation wish both Archie and Eleanor God's richest blessing as they take on these new responsibilities.

25th Anniversary Service: On the 20th February 2005 a special service was held to celebrate Dr. Sharp's 25th anniversary of being minister at the South Parish. We were pleased to welcome Mr Doug Campbell from the Scottish Bible Society to preach on this occasion. After the service a Kirk lunch was held. It was good to see a number of former members back worshipping with us on this occasion. To see a few photos of the day, click here.
